corporate memberships allow up to three staff members to attend paid events at member rates.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Application: First, please be sure to tell us about your organization by filling out the required fields on the form below. Please fill in the Primary Contact details, especially if the primary contact differs from the name on the credit card. Name tags are not included.
Payment: Pay your dues with the button after the form.
Meeting Reservations: After you pay your dues you can make your member lunch reservation(s) on the meeting reservations page. If you have more than three attendees, please register the 4th+ as a Guest.
Name Tags: If you'd like to purchase name tags for your members, go to the name tag page. For each name tag, type in the individual name only (not a business name).
